 近日，广东爱森林新材料科技有限公司与德国上市新材料企业SUSMATA AG（苏斯玛塔股份有限公司）成功签署深度合作协议，开启中欧环保新材料协同发展的崭新篇章。

SUSMATA AG是德国专注植物基环保材料研发的上市科技企业，拥有全球领先的生物基皮革研发技术与成熟产业化经验，是国际高端素皮环保革料的核心供应商。本次签约仪式上，SUSMATA AG正式授予广东爱森林新材料科技有限公司东南亚分公司运营资质。
SUSMATA AG is a German listed technology enterprise specializing in R&D of plant-based eco-friendly materials. It possesses world-leading bio-based leather R&D technologies and mature industrialization capabilities, and acts as a core supplier of international high-end eco-friendly synthetic leather. At the signing ceremony, SUSMATA AG officially granted Southeast Asian regional operation qualifications to Guangdong Aisenlin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

合作达成后，双方将秉持优势互补、互利共赢的原则，共建联合研发实验室，共同开展植物基环保皮革的技术开发、配方优化与工艺研究；依托爱森林扎根华南、辐射东南亚的区位优势，结合德方前沿技术、全球品牌资源，协同拓展东南亚鞋材、家具软装、汽车内饰、箱包面料市场。
Following the cooperation, both sides will abide by the principles of complementary advantages and win-win results, jointly establish a joint R&D laboratory, and cooperate in technological research, formula optimization and process improvement of plant-based eco-leather. Relying on Aisenlin’s advantageous layout in South China and Southeast Asia, together with Germany’s cutting-edge technologies and global brand resources, the two parties will jointly expand markets including footwear materials, furniture soft decoration, automotive interiors and luggage fabrics in Southeast Asia.
