The production base is located in Heshan City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to the industrial clusters in the Pearl River Delta. It enjoys convenient transportation and a well - established supply chain.The industrial park integrates standardized workshops, R & D laboratories, testing centers and supporting living facilities, enabling full - process control from R & D to mass production.
The core technical team consists of masters and doctors in materials science and polymer chemistry. Joint laboratories have been set up with South China University of Technology, Wuyi University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on key technologies including plant fiber modification, solvent-free coating and bio-based polymer synthesis.
Product Applications: The main products cover eco-friendly plant-based synthetic leather, biodegradable plant-based leather and functional modified product series. Having passed international certifications such as RoHS and REACH, these products feature zero VOC emission, high flex resistance, air permeability and flexibility. They have been mass-applied in high-end furniture, automotive interiors, fashion consumer goods, eyewear cases, 3C products, wall panels, mouse pads and cultural & creative products.
With the mission of "becoming the preferred partner for customers in the plant-based new material sector", the Company drives product iteration through technological innovation. It plans to construct an intelligent production line with an annual output of 1 million meters of plant-based leather within the next three years, continuing to lead the industry towards low-carbon and functional development.
